According to witnesses, Roberto Dela Cruz, a 42-year-old security guard, returned home unexpectedly and found his wife, Marites Dela Cruz, in bed with another man identified as Carlos Ramirez, a 38-year-old tricycle driver.
Instead of arguing or creating a scene, Roberto reportedly ordered both Marites and Carlos to sit on the bed. Nervous and embarrassed, they covered themselves with just one blanket as the atmosphere grew tense.
