Popular Afrobeats singer and businessman Oluwatosin Ajibade, widely known as Mr Eazi, has surprised fans with a bold revelation, he plans to run for president one day.
The award-winning artist, who recently married Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, shared his political ambition in a Snapchat video. According to him, his dream is to lead an African country with a vision focused on progress, not personal gain.
“I’ve been thinking about it for some time,” Mr Eazi said. “If you’re from an African country and you want a president who isn’t chasing wealth or power, but one who is young, energetic, and wants real change, then I’m putting myself forward.”
Though born in Nigeria, Mr Eazi has deep roots in Ghana, where his music career first took off.
