University Admission Cut Off Mark Set at 150

JAMB Sets 150 as 2025/2026 University Admission Cut Off Mark

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially set 150 as the minimum University admission cut off mark for the 2025/2026 academic session in Nigeria.

This resolution was reached during the 2025 Policy Meeting on Admissions, which took place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja on Tuesday. The event gathered key officials from various Nigerian tertiary institutions to finalize admission standards for the coming academic year.

Alongside the university benchmark, JAMB also approved cut-off marks for other tertiary institutions. Candidates seeking admission into colleges of nursing sciences must score at least 140, while those applying to polytechnics, colleges of education, and colleges of agriculture require a minimum score of 100.
