A tragic incident has been reported in Ada George, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, where a man allegedly slumped and died in a hotel room after a suspected sex romp with a married woman. According to eyewitness accounts, the duo had checked into the hotel in the early hours of Wednesday. Around 2 a.m., the woman reportedly rushed out of the room in a panic, banging on the door of another guest to raise an alarm that her male partner had collapsed.
“The hotel manager and security personnel quickly responded and rushed the man to a nearby hospital,” one of the hotel guests, who requested anonymity, told Reporters , “Unfortunately, he was confirmed dead on arrival.”

Preliminary reports suggest that the deceased may have ingested a drink suspected to be a sex enhancement substance at a local joint prior to the meeting.

Confirming the development, the acting spokesperson for the Rivers State Police Command, Grace Iringe-Koko, said the police had commenced investigations.
“The lady and the hotel manager have been taken into custody for questioning as part of the investigation,” she stated.
